It has fantastic sea views with the option of being closed off from the main restaurant to make it more intimate and private if you wish. It seats a maximum of 14 people and we can create bespoke menus, pre-dinner cocktails and wine lists.

Located opposite Brighton’s West Pier, our seaside restaurant has the best sea views which can be enjoyed from our glass fronted mezzanine or for alfresco dining on our shaded terrace. The Private Dining Room allows for a larger party to enjoy the views and menu in style.

We believe food is better when it is shared, on Sunday you can join us for a sharing roast served until 4pm or The Salt Room Afternoon Tea, inspired by our seaside location is served every day between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
