venues.org.uk has been around since the year 2000. We were one of the first places you could search UK venues online and send an enquiry without picking up the phone.
We help people discover and book the perfect venue. Our featured venues have detailed profiles to help bookers find exactly the right fit for them.
We are a simple directory, we don't charge venues any commission.
Who we're for
We sit between two very different people and we look after both.
On one side, the corporate booker. The PA organising the annual conference, the office manager sorting the summer away day, the events team behind a product launch or an awards night. You need real detail, real capacities and a quick way to shortlist, and you don't have time to chase agents.
On the other, the party planner. The couple after a wedding venue, the friend booking a milestone birthday, whoever's been handed the office Christmas do this year. You want somewhere that feels right, and you want to deal directly with the people who run it.
Under new ownership
Directory Media Ltd took over venues.org.uk in 2026. The directory had years of history behind it and plenty of room to grow, and we're investing in both. We're rebuilding the site to be faster and easier to search, with new branding
