A brand new boutique hotel, the Pinewood Hotel has been designed and built from scratch with elegant interiors and a unique approach. Not forced into an old country house with the bedroom and bathroom separated by a drafty corridor. Not squeezed in between office blocks in a City thoroughfare...
But… purpose-built for business, leisure and pleasure, with a service ethic to match.
So if you want to check your email, you won’t be scrabbling around behind the bed trying to find the phone point. If you want to organise a function – whether it’s a wedding or a business meeting – you’ll find everything is here on site...

Weddings
Our function rooms, as well as extensive gardens, make the new Pinewood Hotel a perfect location for a wedding or other celebration.
We can accommodate weddings for 30 to 200 people - so whether it is a small intimate affair or a grand event we will be able to assist you on your special day. When your guests exceed 120 for the wedding breakfast we will accommodate your celebrations in our garden marquee – offering a real touch of the lavish to the proceedings.
If you wish to marry at the hotel our rooms are licensed for civil wedding ceremonies. They offer luxurious décor and offer fantastic views of the woodland areas. Our grounds are available for photographs and two of our rooms also have terrace access so reception drinks can be taken on the lawns.
Meetings
Our business and conferencing facilities are fit for purpose because they are purpose-built.
Flexibility is the key. We have three meeting rooms, and can accommodate groups between 10 and 120. The main room has its own built in syndicate room and 2 other rooms can also be used as breakouts. All rooms have natural daylight and are air-conditioned.
The Hotel itself has a wireless network throughout, and all our conference rooms have integrated audio technology. (The views are of five acres of mature woodland, just in case it sounds like you can’t escape from the office at all).
