The rich cherry wood panelling and attractive terracotta tiles, with huge deep pile rugs scattered around, create a warm, homely feel to the hotel. You'll find all the creature comforts you need in your well-appointed room; and plenty of space in the cosy lounges for relaxing with a pot of tea - or something a little stronger - whilst you catch up on the week's news or plan the next day's activities.
If you need to be on the south coast for business, you'll find the location just off the M27 makes getting about very easy - Portsmouth, Southampton, Basingstoke, Winchester and the M3 are all within easy striking distance. And the fast train service from London means it's just over an hour away too!
With 19 meeting rooms the Solent Hotel is well-equipped to host your training course or sales conference - what ever the size. The hotel also offers free high speed wireless Internet access to guests, making it easy to go online and stay in touch.

The Solent Hotel & Spa offers extensive air-conditioned conference facilities in a purpose-built area featuring separate breakout and lounge areas. A choice of 19 meeting rooms catering for between ten and 200 delegates is available, all with natural daylight.
