The 1873 Ricoh Lounge overlooks this world-famous rugby pitch. We can accommodate up to 350 delegates in theatre-style layout or up to 250 guests in a cabaret style. For smaller or more confidential meetings, the Legends Suite can accommodate up to 60 delegates, the Chairman's Suite up to 24 delegates, the Mitsubishi Suite up to 20 delegates and sixteen superbly equipped smaller suites provide private meeting or breakout rooms for between two and ten delegates.

We also offer free on-site car parking for up to 150 vehicles, nearly 1,000 sqm of exhibition space, ground floor halls with large door access for cars and the display of heavy equipment, 10Gb of free Wi-fi and technical support throughout your event. Gloucester Rugby is one of only a few venues to have been awarded the prestigious AIM award form the Meetings and Industry Association.
