We have a selection of workspaces and various meeting rooms to let. Sizes range from 9m sq. to 45m sq. shown on the floor plans. The room rates are all included costs. Inclusive of heating, lighting and WIFI. Room rentals are based upon long or short term licences. You can rent by the day, month or year. This can be extended if needed. We aim to be flexible for all
business types. Co-working/Hot desking day rates, 10 day rates and full time access available. Virtual office address and post handling is also available with secretarial services.

We can provide the meeting and conference facilities, projector, audio system, computer, catering and drinks and relevant fire policies and procedures. We can also host training and conference events up to 100 persons in the Conference Room. Also, up to 35 seated around an ‘O’ or ‘U’ shape table in the Conference room. In addition, we can set we can set out in ‘Cabaret’ style with round or oblong tables. Our Board Room seats 14.

We are in the next street to the train station and bus station. There are 14 parking spaces on site which we offer generally as short stay (up to 2 hours). For additional all day parking there is a very large Local Authority car park local authority on the next road (Morley Road). There is also on-street parking and there are visitor on-site parking spaces nearby. We can offer prepaid parking tickets included or discounted day parking rates and longer term annual parking permits. These can be booked and paid for over the phone or at Reception.
