Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter awards catering contract to Lindley Heritage
Lindley Heritage - the division of The Lindley Group which was established last year to provide a bespoke, high-quality service for heritage sites, arts & leisure venues and other prestige hospitality sectors - is celebrating a three-year contract to provide catering services for the public and staff at the new Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter which opened at the end of March.
The new attraction is located at Warner Bros. Studios at Leavesden where the Harry Potter film series was created and has been made over a 10 year period, and the scale of the enterprise makes the awarding of the contract a major coup for Lindley Heritage.
The 260-cover Studio Tour Café, which is the main hub for visitor refreshments, has two distinct areas – a Café eatery offering both ‘grab & go’ self-service operation alongside an innovative all-day hot and cold meals and snacks service; and a separate Starbucks Coffee Bar managed by Starbucks-trained Lindley Heritage staff, which focuses on providing beverages and a selection of cakes/pastries/snacks.
The catering facilities are open to visitors seven days a week and the high levels of visitor numbers have generated strong sales since opening.
