Pioneer Suite impresses B.I.G. Northern Forum delegates
The Pioneer Suite is a quirky but adaptable venue based in the heart of Manchester city centre, less than a 5 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station and situated amongst the stylish and contemporary bars of vibrant Canal Street.
The L-shaped space has high ceilings and is flooded with natural light which is overlooked by the mezzanine floor seating area. With a fully equipped kitchen and a range of audio visual equipment, it’s not difficult to understand why clients keep coming back to use the venue.
The B.I.G Northern Forum took place in the Pioneer Suite and was hosted by Manchester based organisation Acumen Fieldwork. The event, which housed around 60 delegates from across the North of England was a huge success which has lead to Acumen hosting their next big event in the Pioneer Suite in October. Delegates were impressed with the location of the venue as well as the facilities that were provided to them.
The space can fit a maximum of 100 people standing, perfect for a PR launch or similar, or it can seat 60 people for a meeting, conference or course. You can dictate how you arrange the room with help from the dedicated Facilities Team.
Although the Pioneer Suite is often used to host conferences and meetings, the space is versatile enough to be used for virtually anything. From film castings to first aid courses and everything in between, it’s even been used as a photography studio. With several pan, tilt and zoom cameras, full audio and visual equipment, laptop hire and IT support, the Pioneer Suite is technologically equipped to accommodate any event.
Aside from the high tech equipment and adaptable space, the Pioneer Suite’s location is one of its best features. Situated on the Rochdale canal, the area is beautiful as well as convenient. Less than 5 minutes from the city’s main train, tram and bus stations, it’s also surrounded by ample car parking spaces. If you need to stay overnight, there is a lovely 4* boutique hotel literally next door.
