The newly designed site provides listings and venue information on all consumer and trade exhibitions held in the UK and allows users to search the comprehensive database of exhibition organisers, venues and exhibitions. To this end the site will be an indispensable tool for contractors, organisers and industry professionals and will significantly reduce time and effort spent in searching for events in different industry sectors across the whole of the UK. The new design of Exhibitions.co.uk boasts a variety of functions that will enable event organisers to use the site as a promotional tool. For example, site members can create a personalised profile, which aids co-ordination of all event activities from contacting suppliers to devising promotional event activities and evaluating lead generation. Daily news updates, venue and date changes information, mergers and acquisitions and other major industry news will also feature. The new website is fully search engine optimised and will cater for a wider variety of events across the UK.
